The warm welcome and quality restaurant made the visit enjoyable. Charming setting and menu highlighting local products. Attentive family proprietors. Superb breakfast with delicious eggs, perfect coffee, and lovely breads. Friendly and helpful staff, well-equipped apartment, and excellent location near the beach. ️

The room was spacious, with excellent kitchen facilities, and had a romantic view. The location of the hotel was ideal, just a short walk to both the beach and the town.
Food for breakfast could be improved with more variety and larger portions.

the kastro apartments in panormos, crete exceeded our expectations. the friendly staff, well-equipped apartment, and close proximity to an excellent beach made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. we appreciated the daily breakfast in our fridge for early morning adventures.
Wifi connection was unreliable.

The lovely apartment was clean and renovated, with a particularly nice bathroom. We enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, but the highlight was definitely the fantastic restaurant adjoining the apartments. The Cretan specialties, like the hand-made pasta called skioufihta, were a good culinary experience.

The apartment had a cozy seating area and a well-equipped kitchenette, perfect for our family. The kids loved watching their favorite shows on the satellite TV and listening to music on the CD player. We also enjoyed playing tennis at the property, which was a great way to spend quality time together as a family. It was wonderful to see our kids having so much fun and being able to relax and bond together during our stay.
My wife says that it would be great to have a playground or a kids' club at the property.

Great apartment with a large terrace and comfortable bed. the towels were changed every day and the room was cleaned daily as well. the breakfast was put in the fridge in the afternoon for the next morning, which was convenient.

I always return to this amazing place. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, parking, AC, TV, laundry. The staff even helped me with sim cards. They have billiards, hiking, fishing, and a beach. With its pet-friendly policy and 24-hour reception, I'm coming back for New Year!
